1. What are the park hours?

The parks are open dawn to dusk.

2. What months are the Splash Pad open?

The Splash Pad is open between the first weekend in May until the last weekend in September. *The Splash Pad may be closed at any time  due to weather, maintenance or other operational concerns.

3. What hours are the Splash Pad open?

Currently  due to the City of Van Drought Contingency Plan the Splash Pad is open 8am -10 am Saturdays and Wednesdays. 

4. Are there fish in McMillan Park?

Currently there are no fish in McMillan Park. The City of Van along with the Texas Parks and Wildlife program estimate 2024.

5. Are we allowed to swim in the lake at McMillan Park?

No swimming allowed in the lake. You are allowed to kayak.
