Can I burn leaves and brush in the City limits?: Yes, with certian conditions. All outdoor burning must take place during the day, between one hour after sunrise and be complete by one hour before sunset. This is regulated by State law.

1. Can I burn leaves and brush in the City limits?: Yes, with certian conditions. All outdoor burning must take place during the day, between one hour after sunrise and be complete by one hour before sunset. This is regulated by State law.

2. Can I have a recreational fire pit?: Yes, recreational fire pits are exempt from the "daylight only" burning rule, however they must be used as they are designed. You cannot burn leaves at night in your fire pit.

3. Can I burn trash inside the city limits?: No. You can only burn natrual wood or vegitation. Burn barrels are prohibited, and you cannot burn any type of plastics, synthetics, clothes, or furniture.
