1. What day is trash pickup?

Residential Trash Collection is on Fridays. Anything that doesn’t fit in your trash can needs to be called in for bulk pick up.

2. How do I call for bulk pick up?

You must call City Call at 903-963-7216 by Tuesday,  The bulk items will be picked up by a separate truck on Fridays.

3. What if I have large, bulky items?

Contact the Sanitation Department no later than Tuesday of the week you want the items collected. A separate run is made for large bulk pickup, if you did not make arrangements the truck emptying your cans will not collect the bulk items. 

4. I need to dig a hole or trench, How do I find my water line?

Before digging any line or hole, call Texas 811 to have all utility lines located and marked. You can also contact the Water Deparrment if you need to know where your water meter is. 

5. When are utility bills due?

All Water Bills are due on the 14^th of the month. Any bills receive after that date will incur a late fee.
