- Coordinating all board and committee of the council which includes meeting agendas, minuets, and applications
- Posting all agendas and attending city council meetings to keep an accurate record of the proceedings
- Posting all legal notices in compliance with state laws, and posting all legal ads/notices for the city
- Attesting the mayor and city administrator's signature on all official documents
